We all enjoyed another evening up at Harrogate High tonight for week two of our football completion series. After a reminder from Mr Moss about the Sporting Values we always work on of respect, communication and body language we got straight into our three matches against Bilton Grange, New Park and Grove Road.
As always our Federation team did us proud showing great teamwork, skill, and commitment in all matches. We started with a 2-1 win against New Park with two goals and an amazing goal line clearance in the last ten seconds from Louis. The second game was a hard fount battle with Grove Road. Some amazing goalkeeping from Ava helped keep the score to 0-0 until the very last second when Bilton finally broke through the stout ‘Spollifoot’ defence to sneak a 1-0 win. The final games was also a narrow 1-0 defeat but with plenty of chances for both teams. Very well played to all who took part.
