Year 6 transition morning
Another fabulous morning making friends and taking part in a wide range of activities with the year 6s from both Follifoot & Spofforth. The activities included bench ball, truth and lie, human rubix, netball and orienteering.

At Follifoot and Spofforth Schools we took part in Safer Internet Day. At Follifoot, our Digital Leaders from years 5 and 6 planned and led assemblies and activities in each class. The theme was ‘Want to talk about it?
RUDDING PARK INVITES FOLLIFOOT SCHOOL TO CELEBRATE MILESTONE
23 January 2023 – Rudding Park have planted a time capsule with the help of Follifoot Church of England Primary School, marking 50 years since the Mackaness Family bought Rudding Park. The capsule was planted alongside a time capsule planted in 1997 to mark the 25th anniversary of the family’s ownership of Rudding Park.
Crib Service at Spofforth School
Thank you to everyone who came to our Crib Service at Spofforth Church on Thursday 15th December. The children sang and read confidently and thoroughly enjoyed performing to our community.
Community Carols at Rudding Gates in Follifoot

Class One Nativity at Spofforth School
Well done to Class 1 for their amazing Nativity performances, they were fantastic and certainly all looked the part!
Children In Need Day, Friday 18th November 2022
Spofforth had a great time supporting Children in Need on Friday the 18th! A huge thank you to everyone who donated, brought cakes and dressed up. A wonderful effort was made by all!
Remembrance Day
On Friday 11th November at 11am, children and staff at Follifoot School held a 2 minute silence to remember all the people who have lost their lives while serving in the armed forces.
