Communication with Parents

Effective communication with our families makes an essential contribution to the achievement of our vision Love Learn Thrive. We work hard to communicate clearly and effectively and thank families in advance for taking the time to read and where necessary respond to communications in a timely fashion.

We would like to take this opportunity to clarify the methods of communication used explaining where necessary the rationale behind multiple systems or methods of communication. We hope this information is helpful in keeping well informed.

Newsletters

Every two weeks a Federation newsletter is sent out to parents, which includes key dates.   This is sent in PDF format in an email via Scholarpack and also via ClassDojo.

Short reminders of individual events, notifications of updates, alerts to important documents sent via Scholarpack email or Parentmail.

Letters via Parent Mail

Parentmail provides online payments, income management and dinner money administration for schools. Parentmail ‘epayment’ system means  parents can pay school online quickly and easily.  For further information for parents, please go to:

Letters regarding trips and events that often require permission or voluntary contributions are sent via this system as it allows for permission and or parent responses to be given electronically making information collection quicker and simpler for parents and school.

Emails via our Scholarpack

Letters regarding school events and information including the newsletter (every two weeks). Emails go direct to the email addresses provided by parents to the school.

Short messages form teachers and teaching support staff about learning or your child’s achievement plus notification of star of the week to be presented in sharing assembly.
