Class 1 at Spofforth have been building a pretend bonfire today and enjoyed real hot chocolates. Everyone had a great time, including Mrs Holland!

This week the EYFS children have learnt about the artist Yayoi Kusama and her love of spotty pumpkins! We painted pumpkins and added our own spots!

Spofforth Primary School after-school ARTventurers art club have not disappointed this week! Look at these gorgeous aboriginal hand art outcomes and just look at the attention to detail when blending their showstopper canvas backgrounds!

Excellent performances this morning for our KS2 teams in a Football Festival run by Sporting Influence. The children showed determination, teamwork and perseverance across all their games.

Welcome to our new Reception children who have had a fabulous first few weeks in Class 1 at Spofforth School.

Years 1&2 across The Federation had a lovely time at Harlow Carr on Wednesday 17th July- and the sun was shining. We had a great time exploring, foraging to make our own birds nests and also looked at all the different minibeasts that can be found.
