Class 1 Little Owls at Follifoot (Y1&2)
Welcome to KS1
In Key Stage 1, we create a nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Our curriculum is rich in creativity, curiosity and challenge, helping every child to grow in confidence and independence.
Through engaging topics, hands-on activities and a strong focus on phonics, reading, writing and maths, we lay the foundations for lifelong learning. We also encourage kindness, teamwork and resilience—skills that help our children flourish both in and out of the classroom.
We’re proud of our happy, hardworking KS1 pupils and we look forward to sharing our learning journey with you!

Our teachers are Mrs Barnham (Mon – Wed), Mrs Speight (Thurs – Fri) and Miss Gardner (Mon – Fri)
