We started off by completing fitness challenges, such as running and star jumps, whilst skipping. Then we moved on to skills and tricks to do with our ropes. Finally, we had a competition where we had to run into the skipping rope and jump over it.
The winner was the last person to be eliminated. It was a great session and we not only learnt lots of new skipping skills, we also learnt about how important it is to have a go even when we feel unsure about trying and that we had to keep on persevering to be successful, especially if it is challenging.
